I grew up in a non-religious home,we never went to church,never read the Bible and never spoke about G-D,only when I did something wrong was the only time I heard about G-D.G-D to me was this being that was there to punish you if you did wrong and was very selfish.So I never believed in G-D.I had a normal childhood in New Jersey,lived there till I was twelve years old and my father retired and we moved to Florida in 1978.Being the new kid wasn't fun,so I stayed to myself alot and found myself after awhile making friends with the wrong crowd.Right before my senior year,I was working the summer with my father when he had a stroke and was paralized from the stroke and died two months later.Now I started blaming G-D who I didn't believe in for everything that happened.I turned to drugs and alcohol to show my rebellion to the world.Family situations happened and I was out on the streets,living here and there,doing things that were harmful to myself but didn't care what happened to me,didn't care for life.Finally met a girl and got married and thats where G-D came into my life.Working one day when I over heard two christians talk about hell for those who didn't believe and follow G-D.I thought yep thats the G-D I remember,but what they told me next was something that I was never told before that G-D sent his son JESUS to die for my wrongs that I have done.I started to read all I could on this person JESUS .Started to listen to christian music and enjoyed a girl band called SEIRRA a week later they had a concert at a church right by my house(G-D was now bringing me to HIM)so I went with my wife to see the show and after the show the Pastor gave the GOSPEL message and prayered a prayer to recieve JESUS as my SAVIOUR.The FATHER took away the drugs and alcohol that night.Then I knew there was a G-D who cared,but then my wife divorced me because I changed and she didnt like me reading the Bible and going to church.Then I fell back into my anger towards G-D,but still went to church,read the Bible and prayed but to JESUS because I was angry at G-D and JESUS knew how I felt.(I was such a babe in CHRIST)just like a child but G-D put people in my path that showed HIS love for me.But you know how childish we can get.I've had my ups and downs and still srtuggle with certain things.then about 8 months ago I was getting frustrated with so many beliefs calling themselves christians and wanted to know who and what was a christian.Went to a Messianic Synagogue to do a study on the roots of the christian faith and my eyes were open to so much that was hidden from me and the christian church,now I am a Messianic Believer in the jewish MESSIAH YESHUA and follow Torah and the Feasts for my love for ABBA and my MASTER,I still have alot to learn and still struggle with certain things but every thing works out for those who love G-D.
